SkaRaah is a ride-coordination platform. Drivers and passengers arrange and undertake rides at their own discretion. SkaRaah does not operate vehicles, employ drivers, guarantee members, or provide emergency or insurance services.
Eligibility and accounts
You must provide accurate information, protect your account and use SkaRaah only for lawful purposes. The service is intended for adults. False information, account sharing, fraudulent documents or misuse may result in suspension or removal.
Driver responsibilities
Drivers are responsible for a valid licence, registration, legally required insurance, roadworthy vehicle, helmets or seat belts, and compliance with all transport and traffic laws. Verification is a document-review aid and is not a guarantee of conduct or safety.
Passenger responsibilities
Passengers must review the driver, vehicle, pickup, destination and contribution before travelling and should refuse a ride that appears unsafe or inconsistent with the listed details.
Contributions and payments
The displayed amount is a proposed ride contribution. Unless a clearly identified production payment service is available, payment is arranged directly between members. SkaRaah does not guarantee payment, refunds or settlement.
Safety
Users should meet in a public place, verify details, follow road-safety laws and contact 112 or local emergency services when necessary. Do not rely on SkaRaah for emergency response.
Reports and enforcement
SkaRaah may review reports, reject verification, restrict accounts and preserve information where reasonably required for safety, disputes, fraud prevention or legal compliance.
Liability
Travel involves risks including accident, injury, theft, loss, delay, disputes and property damage. To the maximum extent allowed by law, SkaRaah is not responsible for losses caused by users, third parties, road conditions or illegal conduct. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
