• Match the driver, profile, vehicle and registration details.
• Confirm pickup, drop, contribution and route before starting.
• Do not travel if anything appears unsafe or inconsistent.

During the ride

• Wear a helmet or seat belt as legally required.
• Follow traffic laws and never encourage speeding or unsafe driving.
• Share trip details with someone you trust.
• Use the pickup OTP only after meeting the correct person.

After the ride

• Confirm arrival only when the journey has actually ended.
• Keep payment confirmations where applicable.
• Report unsafe conduct, harassment, false documents or serious disputes honestly.
