Delete your SkaRaah account

Send the request from the email address registered with SkaRaah. This lets us confirm account ownership before deleting data.

How to request deletion

  1. Tap the button below using the email account registered in SkaRaah.
  2. Keep the subject as “Delete my SkaRaah account”.
  3. Include your registered email address and, if available, your SkaRaah user ID.
  4. We will confirm the request and explain any information that must temporarily be retained for safety, fraud prevention, disputes or legal requirements.

Data covered

The request covers your account profile and associated personal data, including applicable ride, request and verification information. Certain limited records may be retained where necessary for security, fraud prevention, an unresolved safety report, dispute or legal obligation.
